Terms and Conditions

These terms define the operating rules for every SkullzFashion order.

Using this store or placing an order means you accept these terms in full.
If you do not accept the terms, do not use the service.

Products are made to order through approved production partners.
Visual mockups are representative. Minor print variance may occur.
Prices are listed in ZAR and may change without prior notice.

Orders are final after payment confirmation.
Made-to-order production cannot be edited or cancelled once processing starts.
We may cancel fraudulent, unauthorized, or incomplete orders.

Delivery currently serves South Africa.
Timelines are estimates and may shift due to production or courier delays.
If quality standards fail, we may cancel and issue a full refund.

All orders are subject to stock and production availability.
If an item cannot be fulfilled, we will issue a full refund within 30 days.
We may cancel an order for stock, supplier, or quality-control issues; in these cases, a full refund applies.
Notify us at hello@skullzfashion.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
Original shipping is non-refundable.
Because products are made to order, we do not offer returns or size swaps for incorrect size selection or customer preference.
Custom orders and non-standard production work are non-refundable unless defective or incorrectly supplied.
Shrinking or deformation after washing is not refundable; follow care label instructions.
Complaints and quality concerns should be sent directly to hello@skullzfashion.co.za.

Customers must submit accurate shipping, contact, and sizing details.
We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect customer-provided information.
Please review the size guide and product detail carefully before ordering.

Payments are processed through supported local payment methods.
Production starts only after successful payment confirmation.
Failed or incomplete checkout attempts may be cancelled.

To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded.
Total liability is capped at the amount paid for the affected product.

These terms are governed by South African law.
Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of South African courts.
